Hello so we are looking at moving forward to next years festival, we have listened to what people say
Prices will be as low as they can be
A separate dog walking area away from camping
Leaving earlier on a Sunday
Arrival time window extended later on the Friday
We would need to sell tickets before an earlier cut off dates

What other aspects would you like to see or add ?

All ticket holders have been refunded now .. it may take a couple of days to show in some banks

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Statement

We are saddened to announce that Urban Van Fest has been postponed until July 2025
Although ticket sales were good and interest was high unfortunately the ticket sales were not high enough with our upcoming payment deadlines.
We promoted the festival as best we could but it would seem a combination of a delayed summer and a getting our festival known contributed to the delay in ticket sales

We will be refunding all tickets within the next couple of days

We have great faith we can hold the Urban Van Fest next year which has been agreed by the venue,
we are so sorry to let you down as we were really looking forward to welcoming you all
