Great Nights Presents started as a vision to bring back to Peterborough some of the sounds of the 60's 70's and 80's. In particular the magic of Soul, Motown and more which back in the 60's70's and 80's was very big around the Peterborough scene. Our primary objective is to provide a great night' through first class entertainment that appeals to targeted audiences'. We try to make a theme for each function we arrange, and with our DJ's Ian Gray, John Bradley, and Andy Coulson we try to recreate that same atmosphere from the period. We have partnered with The Ivy Leaf Club in Whittlesey to hold functions there as well as selected locations in and around the Whittlesey /Peterborough area. We would like to thank those who have already supported our Great Nights entertainments so far and following on from the successful February's Valentine themed, "The Magic of Soul, Motown and More 60's 70's 80's Disco", by request we are presenting a second "The Magic of Soul, Motown and More 60's 70's 80's Disco", with the theme of a Hawaiian Beach Party. Hawaiian Themed Dress is optional.

Saturday October 31st …. Halloween …… and a special kinda soul will rise from the past, bringing memories of music and dance floors, and of discotheques.
Once again, the soulful sounds of Motown, Stax and Atlantic will entertain your ears and your feet. So, bring your dancin’ shoes!

On this most ghostly of evenings, you are more than welcome to dress in the attire of a witch or wizard, a ghost or skeleton, or anything else of a suitably scary nature. But only if ye desire so.
Prizes on the night will be given for the best fancy dressed Male and Female.

Music spinning is courtesy of three shadowy figures from those halcyon days - Ian Gray, John Bradley, and Malc James - and they’ll dig out the blasts from the past, the hits of yesteryear and the dance floor fillers.

Big thank you to all our customers for making another Great Night "Back to School" Soul and Motown Party on Saturday.
It was a sell out.
