💥INTRO TO EVENTING DAY CAMP …Spaces…💥

Day Camp Series!
⏰Sunday 28 June

Our day camps will focus on why you are interested in eventing, what you want to learn, and what your goals are

The aim of getting you ready and confident to event. So you can attend 1, 2 or all of them!😍

Day camp 1 (Thursday 25th June) will be an Intro to cross country, and includes one Xc, and one dressage session. As well as chatting about what to expect on event day, our working lunch will help you identify your goals, what you want to work on, and some fun challenges 😃

Camp 2 Sunday 28th ….will focus on showjumping course & cross country skills… and how to build confidence & consistency 👌

Camp 3 (15 July)will be a blend of show jumping and cross country and how to improve your marks ‼️

Our camps are relaxed and friendly to help you build confidence and ask everything you want to (with cake!)

Test riding skills 👌

🥳Great fun & huge progress by all last night…

🕵️The take home message was soon established that preparation for accuracy and well ridden movements is key.

🛤️The tram lines became narrower as riders perfected their skills….circles became accurate with suppleness, centre lines and movements on & off the centre line were straighter and even a few square halts mastered.

🔮Now onto next week:
Riding a dressage test from the judges 👁️

BE 90 Test 97 (2016)
This is the test being used at Oatridge BE next week so an ideal introduction of what’s expected for the future

‼️Next week is currently FULL
WAITING LIST WILL BE HELD

Future jumping nights will have spaces for those signed up to the 6 week course but can’t make a night..dates & times announced as we progress..

🍾Opening night for the 6 week series and we are all ready to go…

Tonight’s theme:
Preparing and perfecting dressage test movements with a simple diagram layout…

💃🏿Put in the fun to dressage…even if it’s not your favourite phase we can still pick up marks with accuracy and well positioned polished movements…
We learn to ride movements with tram lines and markers …

🧐And then string them together on test day…

🕵️An educational night ahead ready for the next phase of our journey….Riding a test with feedback from the judges eye 👀

Paco you are a 🌟…and I was so proud to be showing you today..
Thankyou to all the team at home that made this possible..Mum for her suggestion of ..let’s enter the Highland!..Susan for her endless hours of care and attention over the last three years looking after him, Ellen & Chloe helping his production prep ..and Vicky Russell for coming today as moral support and an extra pair of hands.
Related to Polly’s Britannia our homebred evented by James and now “me”another fantastic youngster from the Britannia line. Well done & Thankyou to breeder Kate Ludden for entrusting us in Paco from a foal.
