Charity Fun Day and Football Match for Cancer Research

good afternoon everyone just a little update and some good news there will be another event for cancer research in july we are able to put one on after the torrid 18 months or so we have all endured due to the pandemic we have not been able to put on an event we had the last one fully planned and were waiting to go but due to guidelines and lockdowns this was not possible. however now that the world is in a better place than it was 18 months ago planning has began and you are all in for a treat with what is in the pipeline hope everyone has been safe and well more updates to follow

CRUK 5 A SIDE TOURNAMENT IS STILL GOING AHEAD

in light of the recent events with the current pandemic we have come to a decision about our event this summer

it is with a heavy heart that we have decided to CANCEL this years event its a decision we have not taken lightly but due to recent events and the prevention of social gatherings everyones health and safety is our main priority.

myself gem and dan have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this a huge event this year however we will be returning with the same event again next year which we will put in place

we want to thank everybody who has liked and shared the page and to keep posted on our updates in the future as we will be back next year with a huge event for cancer research

in light of recent events with the current pandemic the event is currently STILL GOING AHEAD we were in contact with humphry davy school yesterday and they agreed with us to suggest its still too early to make a decision on cancelling the event as it is still months away yet however we will be assessing the situation closer to the time. our main priority is everyones health and safety so if it is not plausable to proceed with the event if the pandemic doesent get any better then we will have no alternative but to cancel the event but as it stands THE EVENT IS STILL GOING AHEAD
