KEY VISITOR INFORMATION
❌🐾Dogs and other pets are not allowed anywhere on Pentewan Sands, including the beach, with the exception of registered assistance or guide dogs.
🚘 The speed limit throughout the site is 10 mph. Vehicles may not be driven on the beach, nor may they be driven between the hours of midnight and 6am. If staying on site, you will be given a car sticker on arrival. Please display this clearly in your windscreen at all times. Our public car parks both operate an external ANPR parking scheme. Please read all signage before parking and ensure you have purchased a valid ticket.
👮🏻♀️We expect all residents to respect our staff, facilities and other guests, and noise and disturbance must be kept to an absolute minimum after 11.30pm. Children must be supervised at all times. On site security will be patrolling at all times.
🗑Please dispose of all rubbish in our waste disposal areas. If something is not as it should be, please notify us immediately.
🏊🏿♀️Admission to the pools requires a valid wristband (included in direct bookings). If you do not have one, they can be purchased from the Lower Deck Coffee Shop.
🚑If you start to feel ill while staying with us, please call 111, find a first aider, or visit a pharmacy for advice. In an emergency, ring 999 and notify a member of staff.
🏖As we don’t have any lifeguards on our beach, make sure that children and weak swimmers are supervised at all times. We recommend that you read the RNLI’s sea safety guide before entering the water: https://rnli.org/safety/choose-your-activity
