We are offering free picking and/or collection of apples. Be it an orchard or garden, 10 trees or just one, we’re more than happy to pop by and collect. Just dm us or email [email protected] to arrange and we’ll be there!

This summer has been glorious for picnics, beach days and long evenings outside.

For our farmers and growers, though, the long dry spell has made an already demanding season even tougher. So a big thank you to everyone who continues to shop local and support the people producing food here in Cornwall.

Right now, our community can help Chyan in a lovely way.

They make the apple juice you’ll find at The Food Barn, and they’re looking for local apples to press into their next batches.

If you’ve got an apple tree producing more than you can use, don’t let them go to waste. Chyan can come pick them and turn them into delicious local apple juice.

It’s a brilliant little circle. Local gardens, local growers, local produce, all helping each other out.

Come and join us to celebrate the Apple Harvest at Chyan Farm.

The Apple Fayre is a family friendly event nestled in amongst our beautiful orchards.

Live Music from great artists (both local and from further afield) such as Liz Ikamba, CeCe and The Sinnermen and many more

Try your hand at Apple Pressing, Apple Printing or learn about the Mythology and Folklore of Apples

Our Vegan Cafe will be serving delicious food and cake. The Bar will be stocked with Trevor’s locally brewed cider and, of course, our own award winning Apple Juice!

Other activities on offer throughout the event include Morris Dancing, World Music, Poetry (workshops and performances), Kids Disco, Foraging, Bead Bars, Singing Workshops, Sound Baths and Stalls
