Preston Hall Snowdrops 0

We are absolutely gutted to have to cancel the snowdrops this weekend but I’m afraid the weather has made it impossible to run the event safely.

Despite the gorgeous weather due tomorrow, ground conditions and the potential for ice make it too dangerous to continue. The irony of a snowdrop event being cancelled by a drop of snow!

We will look to try and rearrange so if you would like to keep updated then please sign up to our newsletter or keep an eye out on our social channels.

We are truly very sorry.

EVENTS | Today is National Snowdrop Day and the perfect day to announce that next Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th February we are open for our Snowdrops!

Similar to last year we are working with to support

We will be offering light refreshments and suggesting walks of varying lengths to make the most of the beautiful snowdrops. We might even have a wee plant nursery so you can take some home with you. Wrap up warm and where some good shoes for stomping around.

EVENTS | The gardens open this Saturday 7th June!

We can’t wait to welcome you all back to come and enjoy the garden with us. This year it is going to be FREE ENTRY so no excuses not to come and lie under a tree or run around with your children in the safety of our Walled Garden.

EVENTS | It’s that time of year again and the snowdrops have exploded with this glorious sunshine.

We will be open on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th Feb from 10am to 4pm for you to come and enjoy the gardens.

will have their cafe open for coffee and cakes and we will have some suggested walks for you to explore.

The beautiful weather is set to continue into the weekend so there are no excuses not to come.

FAMILY | We’ve been a bit quiet over the summer on here and had a lot of family time which has been amazing.

Got lots of exciting projects coming up and we will share one with you in the next few days so stay tuned. Those who receive our newsletter will already have had a sneak peak. It’s worth signing up to get ahead of things.

EVENTS | As part of our Summer Series in The Walled Garden we are super excited to announce that will be hosting two Pop-Up Dinners on 15th and 16th June.

The mid summer nights menu will showcase the best of the Scottish season. Barry and his small team will be on hand to cook and present the menu as you enjoy a selection of summer cocktails using ingredients from the walled garden.

Barry Bryson has cooked all over the UK as well as internationally in the last three years and this latest pop up follows on from his acclaimed sea food pop up Barry Fish which has recently completed it’s 14th sell out run in just 2 years.
