Organising Committee is happy to announce conference Keynote Speaker Dr. Phil Hulbig who is a Consultant and Learning Specialist at Curry College. Dr. Phil Hulbig M.Ed, Ph.D. has extensive experience designing programs for and working with neurologically diverse learners at all educational levels.

Currently he works at the Program for the Advancement of Learning at Curry College and as a consultant and learning specialist. He has established, designed and overseen the daily operations of Therapeutic Learning Centers in public schools at both the elementary and middle school levels, as well as run a Pragmatic Learning Center, for students with autism, intellectual, social and emotional involvement, and a Social Skills Classroom for elementary age students. He was also a director at the Bridge Center, a specialized campground for students with both neurological and physical differences and presently runs Skate Whole Dojo, which provides therapeutic skateboarding instructions to neurologically diverse individuals.

With so much experience, skills and knowledge, Dr. Phil Hulbig will share all of this with our conference attendees this March and will present his speech titled "Metacognition, Self-Authorship and Social Justice".
