OPA, Polish Kitchen Oxford i Museum of Oxford
Serdecznie zapraszamy na wyjątkowe wydarzenie „Taste of Poland”, które odbędzie się 12 lipca 2025 r. w Oxford Museum w godzinach 12:00–14:00!

Będzie to dzień pełen smaków, wspomnień i rozmów.

📖 Wybrane przepisy i wspomnienia zostaną opublikowane w specjalnej książeczce wydanej z okazji 50-lecia Oxford Museum – to doskonała okazja, aby Wasza historia stała się częścią wspólnej pamięci miasta.

Być może znajdą się polskie przysmaki do spróbowania!
Wydarzenie jest otwarte dla wszystkich – dla całych rodzin, wstęp wolny. Link do rejestracj: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd0oFnyK4zDk9Ey0ef33-a5ZF2cJAtCYpAIDNya__r22QJL6A/viewform

Many thanks to Annemarie, Paul, Trev, Richard V, Richard P, Pippa and Katharine for helping at the RHILC stall at the Party for the Planet in Broad St yesterday, also to Chris who transported two gazebos, banners, boards, chairs and much else to and from the event. It was great to share our stall and discussions with Cathy Ryan of Low Carbon Hub and Fiona Crosse of Low Carbon Oxford North.

Ewa Gluza, Chairperson of the Community of Oxford Polish Association, and Imade Edosomwan, long-time Blackbird Leys resident and passionate local advocate.

Imade has lived in Blackbird Leys for 25 years. As a local resident, he has first-hand experience of the challenges the community faces and strongly believes that the best way to influence change is by being part of the decision-making process. He is a powerful advocate for access to quality education, youth services, and better social services for disabled people, older people, and all who need it.

Oxford Polish Association (OPA) is a small, voluntary community group, registered with OCVA (Oxford Community Voluntary Action) and supported by Oxford City Council. Its mission is to help Polish residents integrate more fully into local life, reducing isolation and offering support through advice, language help, psychological services, and family-friendly activities.

Let’s make this year’s festival a true celebration of community – get involved and sign up today!
