Ukrainian Culture Weeks Ukrainian Culture Weeks is a multidisciplinary festival of Ukrainian culture and heritage in Oxford.

Organised by Cherwell College, in collaboration with Dom Master Class (Kyiv, Ukraine) and Oxford University Ukrainian Society. Ukrainian classic music, cinematography, fashion, folk and pop music, discussions, charitable dinners and art exhibitions will form the core of the Ukrainian Culture Weeks festival. The key part of the Festival will be its Music component: choir, symphony and chamber, perf

ormed by both British and Ukrainian musicians. Ukrainian Culture Weeks in Oxford will open its 2022 Season during the week beginning 26th September. The audience will enjoy concerts of Ukrainian classical music, talk with the maestro Valentyn Sylvestrov, concerts of our British honorary partners, fashion and music performances. However, the pinnacle of this year's Ukrainian Culture Weeks in Oxford will be the Grand Concert on Friday, 30th September at one of the most celebrated venues in Oxford - the Sheldonian Theatre. The date coincides with the birthday of maestro Valentyn Sylvestrov (Ukraine’s best-known living composer who will be in attendance!)
