To Enter your vehicle, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information...
Your name, telephone number and address.
Vehicle make, model, year and registration plate.
If you are entering as part of a club stand, please make sure you include your club name, or we can not guarantee you will be parked together.

Once your entry has been processed, you will receive an entry pass in return.
This MUST be displayed in your cars windscreen to enter the event.
NO PASS NO ENTRY.
DUPLICATE PASSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
If you have an issue with printing your vehicle pass, please let us know so we can give you instructions where to send a stamped addressed envelope, we will then print it for you and post it to you.
WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING PASSES SHOWN ON MOBILE PHONES.

This event is run by a team of volunteers, so please be patient with us. If you have not received a response within a week please reach out to us here and we will do our best to help you.

🔥🔥 INFORMATION REMINDER 🔥🔥

▪️ Exhibitors can enter the grounds between 9am and 11am.
▪️No vehicles to leave before 4pm unless escorted out by a marshall (public safety is paramount).
▪️Dogs to be kept on leads at all times. Please pick up after your pet. There are dog water stations situated throughout the event.
▪️Cash is king! Although most vendors have card machines, due to the sheer amount of people attending, card machines can be unreliable. There are several cash points within the town.
▪️Please use the bins provided around the showground, we are very lucky to be able to use this amazing space so please respect it.
▪️Vehicles are there for your enjoyment, please do not touch or climb on them.
▪️There is a free carpark directly opposite the entrance. We have a limited amount of disabled parking, please speak to a marshall on the gate for assistance.
▪️This event runs entirely on donations, please use the donation barrels provided or the QR codes to donate.

Lastly, please remember this event is run by a group of volunteers who give hours of their time throughout the year to make sure you all have an enjoyable experience, and to raise funds for our towns famous incredible tradition. Although we welcome constructive criticism to help better the event, abuse will not be tolerated.

We are really looking forward to hosting you all again, the weather is looking fantastic!

WARNING - As we are all super busy organising the day, we may be unable to take phone calls and answer Facebook messages.

EXHIBITORS - Please remember your passes that you have been sent on registration. No pass, no entry.

PLEASE REMEMBER this is a fundraiser which relies completely on volunteers, we do not charge an entry fee so please make us a donation for our hard work.

🔥🔥 ONLY 8 DAYS TO GO UNTIL SHOW DAY 🔥🔥

EXHIBITORS - No pass no entry. Your pass should be displayed on your windscreen/in a visible place throughout the event. Our judges cannot identify you or your vehicle without this if they intend on picking you for an award.

SPECTATORS/PUBLIC - There is no set entry fee, please use the donation stations near the entrance. The show opens to the public at 11am, you will be denied entry before this time.

We are so excited to see you all again this year!

🔥Love the tar barrels?! Want an opportunity to be more involved in the action??!!🔥

This year we have 2 opportunities for 2 lucky bidders to be a part of this incredible day by lighting a barrel on November 5th ready for our amazing rollers to lift and run with. This is an opportunity that has been rarely offered before!
The auction of these 2 fantastic opportunities, along with several other amazing items is to take place 24th August at 2.45pm as part of Chanters carnival classics car show at Chanters house, Ottery St Mary.
