Mick McConnell (lead guitarist with legendary Bradford band 'Smokie') brings his Blues Rock band 'Blue Thunder' to Tapas and Tunes in Otley on Saturday 1st November.

Playing mainly original songs from his two solo studio albums 'Under My Skin' and 'My Kinda Heaven' plus some traditional Blues covers.

If you know me from being around Otley, I'll be tub thumping, but in a more gentle way that usual!!

Dearest Otley ..

We work really hard to provide a unique & fun restaurant & music venue for you all to enjoy ..

Some small minded people just want to ruin it for everyone ..

Anyone know who this man is ?

He was caught clearly on CCTV as he scrawled offensive graffiti at the front of our building ( Tapas & Tunes) & on one of our staff cars parked outside .. at 9:20 last night l

If so it would be good to know as .. We’ll give them 24 hours to apologise & pay for the door surround to be repainted before going to the police

Flat out busy evening at Tapas & Tunes & I’ve gotta say we met some really wonderful people this evening .. lots of laughing , lots of dinking , staff were great .. the food coming out if the kitchen was absolutely deeeelicious .. thanks to every single one of you for making Saturday evening a real success

Time to put my feet up with a beer in the garden ..
