‼️ 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ‼️ - 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿
Unfortunately, this Saturday’s Ophelia’s Loft performance with the fantastic Anthony Toner has had to be cancelled.
The reason? Poor ticket sales, no point saying otherwise. And with sales what they were, we couldn’t guarantee the performer, venue and all concerned would be made whole.
This is the reality promotors, performers and venues are facing every week, so please, if you do intend to go to a gig or show in your local town, buy the ticket early. Give these people the security they need to put on these shows.
If we don’t, the arts in local towns will continue to suffer until they don’t exist.
