We were delighted to welcome Tessy Barnett and her husband Cory who were visiting us from Liberal, Kansas. Tessy ran as a guest in our race - she has run 24 times in the Liberal race and was excited to make this her 25th running in Olney

Martha, winner of the poster competition for this year, was presented with her book token prize by the Chairman of the Olney Pancake Race committee, David Phillipson. Her mum, Julia, decided to enter the race for the first time this year in her honour.

What a fabulous Pancake Race Day that was! Gorgeous weather, huge support from the local community and a fantastic race in which Eloise Kramer triumphed for the third time! Nicole Murfitt was second and Sophie Reynolds third.

Allison Souster and Yasmin Bullen took the three-legged crown this year.

We’ll find out whether Eloise has won the International Challenge when we link up with Liberal, Kansas on Tuesday night and compare winning times.

We also had two guest runners with us - Clodagh McKenna from ITVs 'This Morning' who were filming live from the Race, and Tessy Barnett from Liberal, Kansas, running in her 25th Pancake Race.

There were lots of lovely pancakes being served throughout the morning and great fun was had in the Marquee decorating pancakes and splatting the rat 😀

Thank you so much to all our supporters across the town and our amazing band of volunteers who helped us make this fantastic event happen ❤

You only have until 4.30pm on Thursday 19 February at the Olney Library to cast your vote for next year's Pancake Race poster. The Year 5 students at Olney Middle School have been very creative - please come and take a look at their lovely work and tell us your favourite.

Rise and pancake, it’s breakfast time!😊 Chef Ben Francis from the Cherry Tree is in good form and our breakfast guests are enjoying their pancakes in the George Davies Turf & Stone Marquee.

Sadly, you’re too late if you haven’t got your ticket already 😞

However, you can see Ben in action at 10.45 when he’ll be demonstrating how to make a Salmon Royale pancake and there will be a chance to get involved.

You can buy a pancake and hot drinks in the Market Place or in the Church Hall all morning, so what are you waiting for? ‘Come on down! ‘ And there's lots of lovely stalls too.

And after the race starts, join us in the Marquee for some half-term fun – check out our website or your free race programme for more details!

We've got some exciting news from Pancake Race HQ - ITV's flagship daytime magazine show, 'This Morning', will be joining us on Tuesday and doing a number of live pieces back to the show during the morning, including filming the race itself. Their presenter Clodagh will be running as our guest in the race.

We're also looking forward to welcoming Holly from BBC Three Counties Radio who will be broadcasting interviews back to Andy Collins’ Breakfast Show on Race morning, live from the Market Place from 8.00am - 10.00am, and Callum from Greatest Hits Radio.

We look forward to seeing you on the day!
