‼️BachaKiz Nottingham Festival Update ❤️‼️
After a lot of discussion behind the scenes, we have made the difficult decision to postpone BachaKiz Nottingham til next year on July 2nd - 4th 2027.
We want to be completely transparent with our community about why this decision has been made. Normally, an event of this size has around 12 months of planning time. Unfortunately, we only had around 6 months to prepare, and during that period several major personal situations affected members of the organising team, including a court case, bereavement, death of family member and a cancer diagnosis alongside treatment and recovery.
These are not excuses — simply the honest reasons why we have not been able to give this festival the time, focus, and energy it truly deserves.
The good news is:
✅ The festival WILL definitely take place next year on the same weekend. 2nd, 3rd, 4th July 2027.
✅ We have already secured the hotel therefore the Festival will remain at the same hotel venue for the ALL IN 1 Bachakiz experience that we all love.
✅ Most artists currently confirmed have reconfirmed for the new date.
✅ We now have more time to bring even MORE artists, teachers, DJs, and experiences to the event.
For everyone who has already booked:
• Your festival ticket will automatically transfer to the new 2027 date
• Your current ticket price will remain the cheapest available price offered
• If you booked a hotel room, the hotel team will contact you regarding transferring your booking to the new date, along with an upgrade from us where possible
• If you would prefer a refund instead, this will also be available
We know there have been a few setbacks along the way, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration and disappointment this may cause.
However, we want to reassure everyone that BachaKiz Nottingham 2027 WILL happen. Our team is now back to full strength, we have the proper planning time ahead of us, and we are fully committed to creating an unforgettable event for the community.
