☀️ Happy Saturday everyone! I hope you’re all having a wonderful day.
As many of you know, tickets for Spectrum 2026 are now on sale. What you may not know is that ticket sales aren’t currently where they have been in previous years.
I’m doing everything I can to spread the word – I even had a chat with The King about it! 👑🤣
But I want to be honest with you. If ticket sales don’t improve, there is a very real possibility that Spectrum 2026 could be our last Spectrum Autism Friendly Festival.
That is the last thing I want to happen.
I’ve worked incredibly hard to create a festival that is safe, inclusive and welcoming for autistic children, adults and their families. Every year, I hear amazing feedback from people who tell me how special their day was, how comfortable they felt, and how much it meant to attend an event where they could truly be themselves.
Spectrum is unique, and I’m passionate about keeping it going.
I completely understand that many families are facing financial pressures right now. If I could reduce ticket prices or offer free carer tickets, I absolutely would. Unfortunately, the cost of running the festival continues to rise. My goal has always been to keep Spectrum as a one-price event, giving you access to all activities throughout the day at no extra cost.
As an autism mum myself, I know how expensive and stressful family days out can be. That’s why I’ve always wanted Spectrum to be a place where you can simply arrive, relax and enjoy everything on offer without constantly reaching for your wallet.
So today, I’m asking for your help.
💙 Please share this post.
💙 Tell your friends, family, schools and support groups about Spectrum.
💙 Share the event page.
💙 Print and display our poster if you can.
And if you own a business, work for a company, or know an organisation that supports autism families and may be interested in sponsoring tickets for families who otherwise couldn’t attend, please get in touch.
Together, we can make sure Spectrum continues for many years to come.
