Here is another of our RSE Day resources! 🪞

This example is our Primary School activity, Positive Mirror. It encourages children to recognise and celebrate their own self-worth by reflecting on kind and positive words about themselves.

Children decorate their own mirror with uplifting words, creating a meaningful keepsake they can look at whenever they need a confidence boost. It’s a simple, creative activity that helps build self-belief while having fun!

This fits perfectly with this year’s theme, ‘It Begins With Me’.

This example is the Primary School resource, 'I am' collage, this activity helps the child acknowldge their self worth in a positive way. All while having fun creativing their collage that can be displayed and have something to be proud of! This perfectly fits this years theme of 'it begins with me'.

We’ve released the RSE Day map once again this year, giving schools and communities the chance to come together and see just how far the celebrations are reaching! The map shows where RSE Day is being celebrated across the country, helping us feel part of a shared movement that champions healthy relationships, respect and wellbeing.

The RSE Day resources for 2026 have been released! There are resources for primary, secondary and parents/carers all available for free at www.rseday.com. They centre around this years theme of 'It begins with me', a great opportunity to start planning how you’ll get involved this year.
