Two acclaimed singer-songwriters come together for a special evening of original music on Friday 16 October.

Nottinghamshire-based Becky Syson and multi-instrumentalist Lauren South bring their own distinctive styles to the stage, with songs shaped by friendship, motherhood, the natural world and the experiences that connect us.

Expect heartfelt songwriting, beautiful musicianship and an intimate evening of live folk music from two artists firmly established on the UK folk circuit.

Hosted by serial killer expert Cheish Merryweather, you’ll step inside the investigation with dramatised crime scenes, criminal profiling, forensic evidence and simulated autopsies - before using the clues to make your own decisions and help catch the killer LIVE.

We were delighted to welcome students and staff from local primary schools for a fun, hands-on puppet making workshop following the beautiful performance of Un Océan d’amour.

The children had the chance to get creative, make their own puppets and bring their ideas to life.

A big thank you to Nottingham Puppet Festival, City Arts - Nottingham and Challenge Nottingham for such an engaging and imaginative experience ✨
