Springfield Events Hall We hold a unique large open space perfect for all special occasions, weddings, parties and more. There is also a free car park to the side of the building.

Springfield - Special Occasion & Events Hall is a beautifully cherished historic church built in 1886. It is a family run business and the church was purchased in 2008 where the family began restoration as it was left in disarray. We enjoy working with each individual, understanding the importance of delivering the perfect package therefore we will tailor to suit. We have a great location, as we are situated just off junction 25 of the M1.

Hunter’s Heart
What an incredible achievement and an unforgettable journey ❤️

Over the last 3 days, we’ve walked together, shared memories, supported one another, met so many lovely people along the way, and completely smashed our £800 fundraising target.

This challenge was all in aid of the Heart Link Children’s Charity, a charity that means so much to us after the support they gave our employee Luke and his family during an incredibly difficult time towards the end of last year.

Hunter’s journey has been an emotional rollercoaster for everyone involved. We began our walk at Derby Royal, continued through Leicester Infirmary, Nottingham and Long Eaton, before finishing here at Springfield Hall — the place where Hunter’s life celebration was held.

We want to say a huge thank you to every single person who donated, shared our posts, walked alongside us, supported us throughout the journey, and helped raise awareness for such an amazing cause. Your kindness, generosity and encouragement truly meant everything.

Together, we’ve honoured Hunter’s memory in the most special way and raised vital funds to help other families who need support. Thank you all so much ❤️

We wanted to let our lovely followers know that we will be closed week commencing 11th May as our team takes part in a very special charity walk. ❤️ We will be joined by some of our wider team members from The Frustrated Chef & Lapis Lounge. 🥰

Many of you will know Luke, who works both in our kitchen and front of house. In November last year, Luke and his family tragically lost their baby boy, Hunter.

In Hunter’s memory, we are taking on “Hunter’s Journey” — walking 80 miles in 3 days, travelling to all the places Hunter visited during his precious time on earth with us.

We are raising money and awareness for Heart Link Charity, this incredible charity supported Hunter during his days and continue to support his family today.
