I'm livid with myself for not cropping this before I did all the edits but it's too late to go back and redo it now. I have two more of these hand mirrors to do today or they won't be ready in time for their debut this weekend at the NightFair. And my phone is on 3% battery.

This year is fully booked and the waiting lists are closed to new applications. I've posted this before and it's on my profile and website but I have emails most days from people trying their luck. Please join the Artist Mailing List for next year's events via the Contact page of my website (use the sign-up box that says Artist Mailing List, do NOT submit an enquiry).

I will email the mailing list with a link to the application forms in early 2027.

No exceptions and bookings are not taken via DM or email enquiry. It's just me running them in my spare time. You might think "I'll email just in case, no harm in it" but when I have to reply to multiple emails every day or week this adds up.

Please avoid replying to scam comments offering to book you in on Instagram or Facebook. I am the only person who organises these events, and you will only ever be contacted by me -

Only a few more weeks to go until we return to Colchester. There isn't a winter market there this year, so if you're local this will be the last time to catch the NightFair in Colchester until next year!

We will be out in the beautiful grounds under gazebos. The cafe will be open, and the gallery indoors has an exhibition on by actor & comedian Phil Jupitus. Come visit us for the loveliest summer market of cool, alternative art, taxidermy, decor, clothing, jewellery and all sorts of other good stuff.

These stunners are available to buy great if you are a lover of fine, real life hand painted one off art! These are all available from her sites amongst real bugs, bees and insects, some gilded in real gold!! Check them out, you will not be disappointed!

Today was so lovely, thank you so much for making the first Braintree NightFair a brilliant time. The next NightFair is back with the splendid The Minories. Then it's onto the juggernaut that is the NightFair Before Christmas events.

Thank you so so so much to everyone who came today, visitors, traders and the lovely Braintree Museum who were exceptional.

Good news too, I can fit more traders in the side rooms! Now that we've done one and tested the space out, I can happily fit at least another six artists in. I'll be having a break from admin for a bit but when I'm back at it I'll contact some of the existing waiting list traders.

We are using the entrance directly into the Old School Hall rather than the museum main entrance. Look for the postbox and banners on the gate.

If you do come in the museum entrance the staff are so very lovely and will direct you down to us.

The NightFair is open today in Braintree with absolutely ZERO AI SLOP. Come get cool real stuff directly from the cool, real people that make it. I promise they drink less water too.

It's not often I buy in pinning stock these days. But I've been sold out of all the best sellers for over a year now, so it was time. Many were graded as damaged but you know I like a challenge. I'm pretty confident that most of my repairs are imperceptible, especially once they're framed.

I'll be bringing these tomorrow to Braintree NightFair. Plus my home raised ones, some restored antiques and a few new gilded pieces too. I also have wing jars again! Very cute little trinkets, each one holding wings from insects that were too far gone for me to repair.

If there are any that don't sell, I'll drop them online Friday 10th July at 7pm BST. Just like the good ol' days when I used to do monthly updates, or even weekly back in the pandemic. What a time that was.
