Applications are now being welcomed for the 2027 Community Festival, hosted by Costessey Fete & Fayre, taking place on 1st & 2nd May 2027 at the Norfolk Showground, NR5 0TT.
We are looking for a wide variety of stallholders including:

Our Community Festival has been running successfully for many years and attracts thousands of visitors looking for a fantastic value day out. Attractions include:

🎡 Fun Fair
🍔 Food & Drink Vendors

To keep our event running each year — and to keep entry prices as low as possible for everyone — we rely heavily on the incredible support of our sponsors and local businesses.

Our sponsorship packages start from as little as **£250**, with larger opportunities available too. We are also very open to **“payments in kind”** — so if your business offers a service we need for the event, we would be happy to discuss promoting your company in return for your support.

Every year, costs continue to rise, making it harder for us to break even while still keeping ticket prices affordable. We are passionate about keeping entry fees low and accessible for families, and we do not want to increase prices.

Months of planning.
Months of worrying.
Then two full days of running around making sure everything comes together.

The answer is right here in this video. ❤️

This was Zach and his family’s first time attending and showing their cars at the event, and he’s perfectly captured what it’s really all about.

It’s not the stalls.
It’s not the fair.
It’s not even the displays.

It’s the memories.

Seeing families together. Seeing kids smiling. Watching people laugh, relax, and genuinely enjoy time with each other. Away from the house. Away from games consoles and screens. Just real family time and real moments together.

That’s why we do this event every single year.

🐾✨ COSTESSEY FETE DOGGIES ✨🐾

What an absolutely paw-some day we had at the Costessey Fete! 🐶💛
We were lucky enough to meet SO many amazing doggies — from tiny tail-wagers to giant gentle fluff balls — and every single one brought smiles, cuddles, and plenty of fun to the day!

A MASSIVE thank-you goes to JP- Pet Supplies for being our brilliant Fun Dog Show hosts and helping make the arena such a fantastic attraction once again! 🏆🐕

Huge appreciation as well to the incredible New Found-lands Group, who for the THIRD year running helped set up the arena and brought their beautiful gentle giants along to wow the crowds. You truly make the fete extra special every year! 🐾🖤
