Applications to vend at EAYF 2027 close on 16th June 2026! So there is still a month to apply if you’d like to join us for another year of yarn partying in Norwich!

The 6th annual East Anglia Yarn Festival takes place at The Norfolk Showground Arena on 20th and 21st March 2027.

This past weekend we decided to go for a day out to Gressenhall and we had an amazing time even though we only scratched the surface of all the things they have to see and take part in!

This is not a sponsored post in anyway, we purchased our museum passes at museum last autumn and thought it might be fun to share a little of the wonderful that East Anglia has to offer! We’ll be going back soon and would definitely recommend it as a fun day out 🥰

4 weeks ago today we were closing up day 1 of our 2026 show! It’s been a whirlwind of a 4 weeks and whilst my brain is still a little fuzzy, my heart is still full.

I have lots of fabulous pictures to share over the coming months, but first I wanted to let you know that applications are open for the 2027 East Anglia Yarn Festival! You have more than 8 weeks until the applications close so if you’d like to vend at next year’s show in Norwich head over to our website to apply. If you know of a business you’d like to see at the show then make sure to tag them and let them know you’d love to see them with us!

I’m a little lost for words over here, and if you know me, you know that’s a little unheard of.

Thank you. Thank you for making EAYF26 everything I dreamed of.

Thank you to our lovely vendors, our amazing visitors and the fantastic (as always) team at

Thank you to my wonderful family for being up for crawling around on the showground floor with me and all my tape measures, marshalling the carpark, scanning tickets, manning the front desk, running a wonderful cafe, giving vendors comfort breaks, and just in general coming together to help make my dream a reality.

East Anglia Yarn Festival is my job, not just on show weekend, but all year round. But it’s so much more than that to me. It’s the weekend I watch our amazing community come together and my heart is so full.

East Anglia Yarn Festival will return to The Norfolk Showground on 20th and 21st March 2027. Vendor Applications are now open, I hope you’ll all be up for doing it all again with me next year!

We have something special here at ! An opportunity to get involved and get crafty at this year’s show with the amazing Printing Press Workshops!

Introducing The Printing Press Workshops:

Born from a love of teaching and the desire to spread the joy of printmaking, The Printing Press Workshops was established in 2023 and quickly became the perfect way for owner Julia to share her creative knowledge and skill.

The Printing Press Workshops runs bespoke classes to suit all abilities across a broad range of printmaking disciplines. From basic mark-making with monoprints to intricate drypoint prints using a travelling printing press, there will be a workshop that will suit you and your group.

The Printing Press Workshops will be bringing their ever-popular Print Your Own Project Bag to East Anglia Yarn Festival. Participants will use a blade-free relief printing technique to create their design and then print it onto a project bag of their choice. From mini bags for sock projects to giant bags for blanket WIPs, you’re bound to find the perfect-sized project bag for your new yarn. No need to book, just swing by and join in!
