We began with a feeling.

That there had to be another way to experience wellness as a woman.

Not another place telling us how to look, who to become or what we needed to fix but somewhere that recognised how much women already carry.

We wanted beauty and healing to exist in the same space. Rest and conversation. Ritual and community. The everyday and the deeper stuff. Not viral trends, intentional and authentic.

And, truthfully, we wanted to create somewhere that we needed too.

HERA has evolved since we opened its doors, and it will continue to, but the reason behind will never change.

To create a space for women to land.

💜 More Availability at HERA Wellness from July 💜

I'm excited to share that from July I'll be expanding my availability for Reiki and Crystal Healing treatments at HERA Wellness

In addition to my regular Fridays, I'll also be offering appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

As my availability will vary on alternate weeks, the easiest way to see current appointments is through the booking link or by sending me a message.

This means more opportunities to book a treatment if you're looking to:

✨ Relax and recharge
✨ Support your emotional wellbeing
✨ Restore balance and calm
✨ Make time for self-care
✨ Experience Reiki or Crystal Healing in a peaceful, supportive space

I'm also looking at introducing one Saturday each month, making treatments even more accessible for those with busy weekday schedules.
