Greetings Attendees
As promised, the committee from Amechibi 2025 has convened after a much needed break, and we have decided that - based on your incredible feedback - we'd love to run again.
However, in order for that to happen, we need to make sure more than anything that the interest is there. Last year, we really struggled to reach the community, largely because social media has become a completely unreliable way to reach all of you.
In case you weren't aware, when you write a message on say, Facebook, only a small percentage (about 4%) of those who "like" or "follow" the page will actually see your messages.
Additionally - during the event, if we want to reach you for something important like say, a change of schedule - there is no guarantee you'll get our message, or even a majority will get our message.
To resolve both of these issues, we've started a FREE patreon. Simply sign up to it to confirm your interested in Amecon. Patreon is normally used to raise money, but that's not why we're making one. A free Patreon actually has considerable advantages:
1) You'll be able to see 100% of our posts, we don't have to worry about only a small percentage of attendees getting our messages.
2) You can message us directly, without anything getting lost. Using the contact creator button.
3) We can do polls, surveys, post wallpapers, etc for you to enjoy in full detail without compression. In fact, we've already put a 4k wallpaper up for you to enjoy to get started.
4) For critical news - like registration announcements, venue selection, etc, we can use Patreon to reliably email you directly. Ensuring you get this critical information without it being devoured by a spam filter somewhere.
5) We can clearly see a number of people who are interested in attending that makes sense. Not inflated by bots, spam, etc.
If that sounds great to you and you want to see Amecon run again, you can register your interest on the free Patreon here:

We'll also be reaching out again soon, as we're also looking for a few extra hands to help out.
We hope you had a great Con, Christmas and New Year - and look forward to seeing you again.
