1 year of Stingray Chapter II & the start of Female Founders Club 🎬
The name “Stingray” comes from the ability to “adapt to the current”. They adjust their angle to swim smoothly in rough waters & it really is my main ethos in life.
Here’s the thing: After years of events, I hit a wall. Burnout is real & I was stretched too thin. I love this industry, but I realised I needed to step back & live. I made the decision to make my event work exclusive & limit the number I take each year so I can genuinely enjoy them & offer the attention to detail I have always been known for. 2026 is no exception: we have some incredible projects coming up & I’m so proud to be a part of team JLE in 🇺🇸
I started Stingray Marketing because I was often asked if I could handle the event & the marketing content.. create the pitch.. lead the design direction. With my background, it felt like a natural evolution. I left my day job & took my chances. Events & marketing are both deeply creative so it’s given me the space to work with a collective of talented media profs to create high end marketing strategies & exceptional content for my clients. It’s a side hustle that’s turned into something I’m incredibly proud of.
The one thing I am so grateful for with both Stingrays is how they’ve been incredibly supported by women. The team & the clients. That’s not to say we don’t love the boys, it’s a man’s world “but it means nothing without a woman or a girl” & now, as Female Founders launches with my girl , we’re excited to build a cool girls club for the hustlers - a place where we can support each other.
Also, so much love to for capturing these. This time last year I was s**t scared - I’d lost my way & my confidence. Thank you for bringing it back. Sorry mum (she hates my swearing)👇🏽
Let’s f**k s**t up
