EASY GAINS TIP:

In short: Training GAINS = work + REST

Yes work in your build weeks πŸ‘Œ but always allow a period of rest, every 4 weeks suits most however practice to see what works for you.

TRY: on rest week, drop training down to 60 / 70 % on the weeks overall load and allow the body to:
- repair muscle tissue βœ”οΈ
- time to recover the body and mind βœ”οΈ
- start the next block strong βœ”οΈ
- catchup on chores πŸ‘€βœ”οΈ

That said - don’t always wait for rest week, absolutely nothing wrong with taking a day or so off completely when it’s needed: physically OR mentally πŸ‘Œ

Remember: work and rest work together
