☀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Massive congratulations to all our runners who took part in the Newry City 10K & Half Marathon today! 💙👏

What a day for it… the heat made conditions incredibly tough, but every single runner showed determination from start to finish! 🌡️🔥

A huge well done to our 6 runners who completed the 10K and to our amazing runner, Paul who conquered the Half Marathon! 💪🏅 Finishing any race is an achievement, but doing it in today’s warm conditions makes it even more impressive.

The NewryCity Runners once again delivered a fantastic atmosphere with brilliant hospitality 📣🎉

Enjoy the recovery, rehydrate well 🍌💧 and wear those medals proudly — they were truly earned today!♨️🌞🏅

Huge congratulations to Judith on an incredible performance at the Argory Twilight Endurance Challenge last night! Taking on the overnight endurance event around the trails of The Argory and covering an amazing 39 miles through the darkness and into dawn is a phenomenal achievement. A true test of endurance, determination and mental strength — we’re all incredibly proud of you Judith! 👏🏃‍♀️🌙

Another brutal Thursday night in the Mournes at the Luke’s Mountain Hill & Dale race — around 7km of steep climbing, rough bog, fast technical descents and classic “proper mountain running” terrain. One of the shortest races in the series on paper, but always one of the toughest.

Huge congratulations to the Murlough AC runners who took it on last night and flew the club colours on one of the Mournes’ most unforgiving courses. 👏⛰️🏃

Brilliant work & the returning & new faces will reap positive results 💯

These sessions are all about building confidence, preventing injury, improving performance, and having fun along the way — and they’re suitable for all abilities. The encouragement and energy in the group was brilliant to see 👏 🔴⚫️
