Surf & Turf Race Number Raffle

Due to a crash on the A30 yesterday, some of the prizes from our sponsors for todayโ€™s raffle have been delayed.

We are currently waiting for them to arrive and, as soon as they do, we will draw the raffle prizes, along with some additional awards from the race sponsors.

All winners will be announced on our social channels, and we will also email everyone who entered the race.

Kicking the live music off on Saturday at the Killacourt after the Surf & Turf race is Everay Band!

This high-energy 4-piece will be bringing the pop and rock covers from 12pm-1pm tomorrow, so come down, grab some food, enjoy the atmosphere and get the weekend started properly. If you're running the Surf & Turf, make sure you stick around!

Remember, we've got food, drink & live music running until 6pm tomorrow, all with free entry at the Killacourt!

Our Surf & Turf sponsors have absolutely come through with the goods. Weโ€™ve got prizes from Northcore, Northshore Surf Shop Newquay, and SNUGG WETSUITS, NEWQUAY. up for grabs

Big one first: at MIDDAY weโ€™re giving away a ยฃ400 Snugg wetsuit to one random bib number. You need to be there when itโ€™s called. Not there? Next number gets it

For the speed demons: The first male and female that crosses the line gets a super-comfy Beach Basha Pro Northcore Robe

For the chaos merchants: Funniest or most creative photo taken during the race gets the BIG Dekked vouchers. Keep an eye out for the white-hi vis photographers

Can you help us tomorrow?

Weโ€™re on the lookout for a few more volunteers for our Surf & Turf Sea Swim & Run Challenge!

Youโ€™d be needed for around 2 hours, from 9am to 11am, with support needed either in the main event area or out on the course as participants complete the challenge

For helping us out, youโ€™d receive:

1 x WAX Watergate meal
1 x Free entry to another WAX event
Free food and drink on the day
