We know a lot of you are keen to book in for Riverfest 2027, but the application process is not open yet, so please refrain from emailing the team, it’s a long way off and we’ll end up loosing your emails anyway (we get a lot daily).

Riverfest 2027 will take place on Saturday, 8th May.
Save the date and get ready for another day of fun, free, family entertainment, and community spirit!

Please note we’re not taking bookings for stalls currently — these will open up in January 2027.

Don’t forget that Sandown Bay Regatta is also looking for stall holders for their event on Sunday 9th August 2026!

It’s a bit like Riverfest, but in Sandown, and loads of sand!

Stallholder applications for this year's Sandown Bay Regatta on Sunday 9th August 2026 are still open. We have limited stalls available for commercial stalls and good availability for charities/community groups.

Applications close on Friday 17th July, or when all available spaces are filled. Spaces are limited, so please submit your form as soon as possible.
