With only a few days to go before the IIC Wales 2025, we've sent out an email to all delegates with some, hopefully, useful information. Please check your inboxes.

With just over a week to go to the IIC in Wales, we're busy putting the finishing touches to the preparations for the IIC.

If you are staying at one of the Celtic Collection Hotels over the course of the IIC please read on....

Hotel Guests - Restaurant Bookings
You have to pre-book any restaurants you wish to dine at for the evenings you are staying at the hotels.

You can book a table at one of the many restaurants available using the link below:

If you have booked a place at the banquet on Saturday night you don't need to do anything for that evening.

Merlin's Bar (situated in the Celtic Manor Hotel) does food and there's no need to book if that suits you better:

With just over a week to go to the IIC in Wales, we're busy putting the finishing touches to the preparations for the IIC.

Parking Arrangements
If you are either driving to the Celtic Manor hotel every day of the IIC or are staying at the Celtic Manor Hotel / Manor House Hotel please read on.

There is a daily charge for parking at the Celtic Manor hotel. We have negotiated a 25% discount for all delegates. However, where you park will significantly impact how much you are charged. We strongly recommend that you park in the outside car parks available.

Staying at Celtic Manor Hotel or Manor House Hotel:
If you are staying at these hotels you will be billed for parking on check out. Please ensure that you let the receptionists know that you have attended the IIC and they will reduce your parking bill. You will need to present your car park ticket when you check out.

Driving to the Celtic Manor Hotel each day of the IIC:
If you are driving on a daily basis to the IIC, you will be charged for parking at the end of each day. You will need to present your car park ticket to reception at the end of the day (as you leave the hotel) and they will ensure you get the reduced rate.
