Award-winning luxury venues. The Granary Estates comprises of two individual venues. It really is a blank canvass awaiting your own personal interpretation.

The Granary Barns are to be found in the picturesque village of Wooditton, set within the family estate. The two barns comprise of stunning 18th century flint work and have the original timber beams on display throughout. The main barn can hold up to 240 or 180 seated guests with dance floor and bar. The smaller Granary Barn can seat up to 50 for a more intimate gathering and with the wedding license granted is the perfect location for your wedding day!! The main barn then opens up onto a beautiful grass courtyard, perfect for canopies, drinks, mingling and those all important photo opportunities! The Granary Barns provides an ideal wedding venue, and with our events manager working closely with you there will be nothing left to chance for your perfect day. The Polo Club is found on the outskirts of the village of Dullingham and consists of a recently refurbished sporting pavilion surrounded by 32 acres of grass. The pavilion itself is able to seat 50 and is totally self contained with kitchen and amenities. It is perfect for small gatherings or why not have a marque off the side for much larger events- there is plenty of parking after all!! It is perfect for marque weddings, conferences, parties and sporting events. Come and talk to us with your idea and we will see what we can do!

Get to know Jenna ✨️

She has been working in the wedding industry for nearly a year now, after taking the leap to follow her dream of working in weddings. Before this, I she spent six years working for the NHS, supporting patients to be safely discharged home.

Her favourite part of a wedding day? It has to be the speeches. She loves getting a little insight into how the couple met, hearing all the funny (and sometimes embarrassing!) stories from their families and friends.

One of her favourite photo spots is over by the cottages during golden hour. The swing, the golden fields in the background make for the most dreamy setting - it’s truly stunning!

When she's not working, you’ll usually find her spending time with her family and friends, chilling at home with her fur babies, or enjoying a lovely holiday with her husband.

She also loves a cheeky shopping trip to Homesense and scrolling through the ASOS New In section!

Her go to coffee order is a flat white, and her favourite drink has to be a Hugo Spritz!

Ring bearer, aisle companion, or group photo superstar, however they show up, we've got room for them.
