We are Lagan Valley Orienteers and we are delighted to present the 2026 edition of The Origin Mourne Seven Sevens Challenge Walk

Back in 1992, our friends in the Spartan Red Sox hosted the very first "Seven Sevens". We proudly took over the reins in 2019, and we can't wait to welcome you in 2026.

Starting from the seaside town of Newcastle in Co Down, you'll hike the 7 highest peaks in the Mountains of Mourne. It's a long, tough, exhilarating day in the hills

📈 2,500 metres of vertical ascent & descent
🤗 The encouragement from our volunteer marshals is legendary 🙌

Join us in August 2026 to earn your Finishers Certificate, much coveted 7x7s badge, and your place in history.
