Did you know that Ponteland Memorial Hall is a registered charity, run by a dedicated team of volunteer Trustees and Volunteers who give their time to maintain, improve and develop this important community facility for everyone to enjoy?

As a charity, we rely on the support of local people to help keep the hall thriving and continue providing a welcoming space for community events, activities and groups.

We're always looking for people who would like to get involved, whether that's regularly or occasionally.

🌟 Volunteers' Week 2026 🌟

This week, we want to say a huge THANK YOU to the incredible volunteers who help keep Ponteland Memorial Hall running throughout the year.

From serving refreshments at events and supporting our craft days, to setting up rooms, helping with maintenance, tending our gardens, and keeping our community spaces looking their best – your time, energy and dedication make a real difference.

A special thank you also goes to Ponteland Anti-Litter Squad (PALS) for their continued support in helping keep our car park and surrounding areas tidy. 👏

Ponteland Memorial Hall is more than just a building - it's a community hub, and that wouldn't be possible without the people who generously give their time to support it.
