Now that May is over, we would just like to say a HUGE thank you to each and every one of you that joined us and / or donated to the 50 miles challenge. Your support and following has been incredible again.

We managed to raise over £1000 for Tiny Lives, which will have a great impact in supporting Ward 35 at RVI.

Massive congratulations to everyone who has now completed their challenge, and good luck to all those wrapping their’s up in the final week. The weather hasn’t been kind to us this year, it’s been tough but again we’ve absolutely smashed it and so far raised over £600 for tiny lives.

Keep up the good work and again thank you so much to everyone that has helped and donated throughout the month. It really means a lot.

If you can’t see your name on the Strava leaderboard it’s because you have to log the activity as a run for the club to acknowledge it. No idea why, had the same problem last year.

Just edit the activity title to say you walked.

After the success of “50 miles for Tiny Lives 2020” where an astonishing £17,724 was raised for the Tiny Lives Trust at The RVI in Newcastle, we’re going again in MAY!

We're asking a £10 donation as your entry-fee to complete one of the following challenges over the month of May!

Run 50 miles
Walk 100 miles
Cycle 200 miles

If you don’t complete your challenge, don’t worry just pop in another £10 donation as a forfeit .

Following on from the success of June 2020 we have decided to make 2021 even better. It was amazing to see you all getting active and helping to raise money for a great cause last year. We have so many active fundraising ideas for the year and when restrictions loosen we will update you further.

In the meantime the four of us have challenged ourselves to collectively run 2021Km this year. We’d love you to join us. Just get going and keep tagging us.

We made such a big difference to the Tiny Lives trust in 2020 and we would love to help them again in 2021.
