Michael Ducksbury Sponsored Vintage Tractor Road Run

The Michael Ducksbury Tuxford Road Run was started in 2005 in remembrance of Michael who was keen on vintage tractors.

The run starts and ends in Tuxford and travels through the surrounding areas. Monies raised go to Weston Park Cancer Hospital.

It’s finally all collected and the grand total raised for Weston Park is £5880, a great amount for a great cause! Thank you all once again and see you next year. 🚜🚜🚜🚜

A big thank you to everyone who has continued to support the Michael Ducksbury Tractor Run. Whether it’s donating raffle prizes or directing traffic we can’t do it without all your help.
Special thanks to name but a few Leyfield farming family Kneesall for hosting us for a long overdue lunch break in such a picturesque setting.
Marshalls for trying to keep us safe on the roads even though it was more of a challenge this year.

Farmers and landowners for allowing us through.

Congratulations to Mark with his Massey 1080 for winning the cup the lunchtime host most liked 🏆.

With 82 tractors setting off so far this year we have raised £2400 with money still being donated.

Thanks also to Vicky from Weston Park Cancer Charity for coming to tell us how all your money is being put to good use for patients and their families at Weston Park Hospital over the years.

We look forward to seeing you next year hopefully with no major unavoidable diversions !!!! 🚜🚜

This is the route for the 2026 Tractor road run in memory of Michael Ducksbury, raising funds for Weston Park Cancer Charity! We will be leaving College Farm, Newcastle Street, Tuxford, NG22 0LN at 10:00 AM this Sunday 5th July. We will be stopping for our lunch break at Leyfields farm, Kneesall. We hope to return to Tuxford by approximately 4:00 PM. The weather is looking good this year so come out and give us a wave as we drive past! 🚜🚜🚜

Please arrive at College Farm, Tuxford, NG22 0LN between 9:00-9:30 AM for a 10:00 AM departure.

Shawsnacks Catering van will be available to purchase from at the start, lunch stop and return but feel free to bring your own lunch.

A huge thank you to all for your contributions this year and previous years. Our total for this year for Weston Park Cancer Charity is a fantastic £5,900 bringing our total for the last 20 years to £103,200!! Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to seeing you all again next year.
