Today is International Charity Day, and we’re proud to shine a light on our 2027 charity partner: Transaid .

We’re passionate about building a stronger, more inclusive logistics sector. That includes recognising the critical role of transport in saving lives and supporting communities, values that are at the heart of Transaid’s mission.

Transaid transforms lives through safe, available, and sustainable transport. Founded by Save the Children, The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), and its Patron, HRH The Princess Royal, who work with communities, partners, and governments to address transport challenges across sub-Saharan Africa.

Their impact speaks for itself:
✅ 10 new bicycle ambulances deployed in Zambia
✅ 5,300+ eye tests carries out on truck drivers in Kenya 1,280 drivers received corrective glasses
✅ 3,898 drivers reached through education informed by the new HGV driver training standard in Ghana
