It's on the 24th September and features lots of great stuff....such as cycle rides that you can take part in, races you can watch, and cycling stalls. It's just less than a week away now from the Colne Grand Prix. The Cottages.com Colne Grand Prix is one of the fastest, most exciting cycle races in the North of England. It pits some of the finest cyclists in the UK against each other on a twisty town centre circuit in Colne (Junction 14 off the M65). The race is the grand final round of British Cycling's Elite Series. It starts at 6.15pm on the 26th July with a number of great preliminary races, including the Fort Vale Sprint for Success before the main race. Please help us support a bid for funding for a new BMX track in Pendle by voting before Friday 18th at https://community-fund.aviva.co.uk/voting/project/view/16-1342

The fact that the project stems from local people trying to solve a particular problem. Back in 2013 2 BMX enthusiasts and a group of children and young people approached us for our help. We have in turn looked to our local authority to tackle the issues and everyone has focused in getting it going.
