👨‍🍳🌟Join head chef Ludo Dieumegard as he demonstrates how to transform slow-cooked lamb into a delicious feast served with homemade flatbreads, couscous and vibrant dips.
And if that's not enough, discover how to make the most of the leftovers by turning them into a flavour-packed second meal, proving that great cooking can be both impressive and economical.
French-born chef Ludo began cooking at a young age, inspired by time spent in the kitchen with his mother during her long illness.
After training at catering college in France, he travelled to Wales at 19 and quickly made it his home, building an impressive career in some of the country's most
respected kitchens.
Ludo has worked at Maes y Neuadd, Le Gallois in Cardiff, and ran the much-loved Ludo's at the Coopers in Newcastle Emlyn.
He reached the last eight of MasterChef: The Professionals, where food critic Jay Rayner described him as "a magician with food".
Following 14 years as Head Chef at the acclaimed Harbourmaster in Aberaeron, he now leads the kitchen at the newly refurbished Black Lion in Cardigan.
Renowned for his creative, flavour-led cooking, Ludo is a popular face at food festivals and private events across Wales.
Ludo will be demonstrating his food at the festival on Sunday, September 27th, 2026.

St Davids born Singer songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and true grass-roots troubadour Mike Chant has been creating and performing music for over 40 years. Always from the heart, Mike has written and recorded six albums plus a huge repertoire of covers.
He has toured all over the country over those years and even as far afield as San Francisco in the US and Goa in India, playing as both a solo act and in bands.
Mike also has a passion for creating opportunities for musicians by way of his open mic sessions which he has been running for over a decade often giving aspiring musicians a step onto the festival circuit.
For him music is about expression, honesty, sharing and fun.
Mike will be performing at Narberth Food Festival on Saturday, September 26th, 2026, and also on music stage duties across the weekend.
Join him on Sunday afternoon, 27th, too when he will be hosting an open mic slot to bring the festival to a close after a hugely successful pilot slot last year.
