Brilliant live-in opportunity at Hellens Manor!!

✨ MANAGER OPPORTUNITY AT HELLENS✨

Hellens is an historic home, gardens, woodlands, open to the public, with an important art collection, and a busy yearly schedule of events of all kinds.
These include 3 festivals which we support or run: The Ledbury Poetry Festival, Hellensmusic, and Hellens Garden Festival.

We are looking for an inspirational, dedicated person, with a real sense of humour, who can supervise, interact with, and back-up an experienced, passionate, and close-knit team.

Job Title: MANAGER, Hellens Manor (live in: family accommodation provided)
Hours: Full-time, with occasional evening and weekend duties
Report to: Chair of the PMM Charity Trust
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000, depending on experience

WE HAVE NEWS!

In 2026, we will not be running the festival as usual.
This decision is primarily due to an exciting, large-scale art gallery build scheduled to take place on site at Hellens. More info can be found on the website.

We plan to continue our education and community work (funding permitting) through 2026 and are already planning for an extra special 20th-anniversary HGF in 2027!

Save the date: 12th & 13th June 2027.

Like a garden in winter, we’re taking a season to rest - letting ideas and connections quietly grow beneath the surface. Think of it as a year of hibernation, where the mycelium networks of creativity, community, and collaboration continue to spread underground - ready to fruit beautifully in 2027. 🍂🍄
