A great opportunity for a player, parent, supporter or sponsor to get involved with a minimum time commitment. Help the club keep moving forward

🚨 Wanted: Volunteer Club Secretary @ Morley CC 🚨

We’re looking for someone organised and reliable to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes at the club.

This role is all about supporting our Exec Committee. You’ll help organise monthly meetings, pull together agendas, take simple notes and manage general emails. It’s not about cricket fixtures or teams, just helping the club stay on track.

No experience needed. If you’re comfortable with emails, reasonably organised and happy to help, you’ll fit right in.

Time commitment is one meeting a month, plus a few hours here and there, with a little extra around the AGM.

This is a really important job that helps keep the club running, but it’s also a great way to get involved, meet people, understand how the club works and make a genuine difference.

Last but certainly not least a massive thank you to the Morley community for continuing to support our event. It's a tough one to organise in the 3 months up to the Easter weekend but you certainly repaid the hard work, with a great turn out despite the wind and the cold. You play a massive part in making this event such a family friendly, successful event year after year. See you again soon

Thank you to our music acts this weekend. I am sure you will all agree, it was a cracking line up and hats off to all the acts who defied the cold and wind to put on a first class show for us. 17 different acts for you over the weekend and a personal thanks to each and everyone of you for being such a pleasure to deal with.

Our summer opening hours start next Tuesday 14th April.

There's action on the field most evenings and weekends with plenty of seating inside and outside to enjoy a drink or two.

It's a wrap for another year. Lots of people to thank, starting with our army of volunteers who give up parts of their Easter weekend, free of charge, to allow us to keep putting this fantastic community event on. Whether you were pulling pints, selling tokens, erecting and dismantling marquees, manning the gates or keeping the place clean and tidy, your help and support was absolutely fantastic. Greatly appreciated by us all. Enjoy your bank holiday and a well earned rest
