I’ve had a few messages asking about the Open Day this Year.

Unfortunately with Tia having her treatments and other things for her Tumour, I do not have the time to sort everything and organise the attendance insurance and various other things involved in the organisation. I will however, start nice and early for planning in next years.

I understand that a lot of people and services look forward to this Day but the logistics involved would just be too thing for me just now.

I appreciate the understanding of you all tho.

Big shout out to the Staff and crew of CalMac Ferries who look after the mainland teams that come over for the event!

We sometimes forget that they are a vital part of ensuring our Day goes ahead. The ticket office staff, deck Crew and up to skipper and engineers too.

Massive Thank you as we close off another year and our 5th Emergency Services Open Day!

If you are lucky enough to be travelling on the Calmac Ferry this Morning be sure to give our mainland services a wave as they travel here. Our Morning started at 6am and it is already 18°c.
