Ellen Picton is a registered nutritionist for her own company, Healthaspire, which opened it's doors back in 2014. Since then Ellen has helped over 1,000 private clients with nutritional therapy and worked with many companies offering wellbeing programmes. She is also a published author of the 'Real Food Cook Book' which has been endorsed by Dr Zoe Harcombe. The book includes over 100 recipes that are free from grains, gluten and sugar. Ellen uses A real food approach as a basis for her teachings, food as nature intended, good quality meat and fish, lots of vegetables and salads and treats like dark chocolate and red wine! Beth completed an 18 month training programme with The New York Pilates Studio and is fully certified in Authentic Pilates. She has helped many people to build core strength and overcome injuries and weaknesses. Beth Howes Pilates teaches true to the original teachings, commitment and method developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920's. Pilates is an exercise method (originally known as contrology) with 6 principles; control, concentration, centring, flow, breath and precision. It leaves you with the amazing feeling of mental and physical wellbeing, developing the whole body.
