The concept of training 2 teams of complete novices in the art of K-1 over an 8 week regime of fitness and skill sessions. Trained by 2 Top fight camps in Teesside alongside a group of your team mates pushing each other to achieve glory at the end of 8 weeks when you and your Team do battle with the other camp? Training camps are due to start January 2016 and we are taking applications now.
