It’s World Alzheimer’s Day on Monday and Windermere Grange Care Home are hosting a Coffee Afternoon.

Monday 21st September 2026, from 2pm.

We will have a range of delicious sweet treats, coffee, tea and juice.

Residents of Coniston & Ullswater at Windermere Grange enjoyed their holidays in Blackpool. 🗼

On their final night they had a lovely meal and joined in the entertainment at the hotel, there was a live singer and a 80’s disco with fancy dress. A fantastic evening had by all. 🎶🗼🧳🏖️🍁

We’re excited to share some fantastic news! 🎉

St Martins Care has been selected as a regional finalist at the National Apprenticeship and Skills Awards 2026.

It’s a wonderful achievement and a proud moment for everyone across our team. We’re looking forward to heading to the awards ceremony at the end of this month and celebrating with the other finalists.

Listening to music can really help improve quality of life, it can help reduce anxiety, help maintain speech and language and can have a positive impact on someone.

Residents of Windermere Grange Care Home enjoyed a sensory afternoon with the Party Boppers.

Residents awakened their senses by listening to music, feeling different materials, using the smell of lavender and seeing different coloured lights. 🎶🍁

Residents and the team visited the Blackpool Tower Dungeon and the Sea Life Centre. Everyone had great fun posing next to the fun dungeon signs and seeing their favourite sea life creatures.🗼🧳🏖️🍁
