As I look back on my time at Reeds & Pastures, I can’t help but think of the incredible people who helped me grow, supported me along the way, and gave me the knowledge, confidence, and encouragement to become the person I am today.
Ian Allgood – Thank you for giving me the opportunity to come to Reeds from Fahrenheit and for trusting me to prove myself. You are a truly great leader, someone I admire immensely, and I will always be grateful for the faith you showed in me.
Janet Scott – Thank you for encouraging me to take ownership of Reeds and for supporting me every step of the way. You were always there when I needed advice, guidance, or encouragement. You’ve been like a second mum to me, and I love you lots.
Mike & Maxine – Thank you for being such great bosses and for taking a chance on me. You gave me the freedom and trust to make Reeds my own and spread my wings. More than that, you’ve become great friends, and I’m incredibly thankful for your support.
Kevin Gaze – What can I say? You’ve been there from the very beginning. From helping me through lockdown, to our adventures with Pastures On Tour and Head Office, to the legendary Luke v Kev moments, you’ve been a constant source of support, laughter, and friendship. Most importantly, you’re a true mate. I genuinely believe the best is still yet to come. 😉
