We were so lucky to have the Matt Hampson Foundation team delivering S&C sessions for the whole family — power bag carries, rowing, resistance sprints, the lot. And it wasn’t just the kids getting stuck in either... a few parents definitely felt it the next day 😅

Swipe through for some of our favourite moments, the concentration, the competitiveness, the “GET BUSY LIVING” headbands earned fair and square.

Massive thank you to the Foundation for bringing such incredible energy and expertise, and for making strength & conditioning something every single person on that field could get involved in.

Rick Parfitt Jr. & his incredible band brought some serious tunes to Festival of Sport.

Families, friends, kids, grown-ups… everyone was up for it. Dancing, singing, laughing and having one amazing night.

🌮🍕🍔 A HUGE shoutout to our Festival of Sport Food Village! 🍦☕️🥤

What a weekend! Our incredible food vendors worked their socks off from start to finish, keeping our families, athletes, legends and crew very well fed and fuelled throughout the whole festival. 🙌

From early starts to the final orders of the day, they served up some seriously delicious food, big smiles and plenty of energy.

We honestly couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you for giving up your weekend, working tirelessly and helping make the Food Village such a brilliant part of the Festival of Sport experience.

You were all absolute superstars ⭐️
