Awesome day cycling training for our Bala to Belvoir challenge today! 65 miles over a 3,800ft ascent with a sausage bap and icecream! Perfect!
Those hills were brutal but worth the challenge to raise awareness and funds for a really important project - “The Tomorrow Project” which is supporting people affected by su***de. Please check out the hashtag and make it your business. ❤️
