Level Up Outdoors was born from our team’s passion for outdoor education and our desire to work with as many young people and adults as possible to help them positively transform their lives. Our parent company, Operation Encounter Ltd, has been planning and delivering outdoor experiences since 2016. This includes working with schools, charities, local authorities, the NCS Trust, sports teams and

Our Story

Ready for a unique, fun and challenging outdoor experience?

Operation Encounter delivers unique military experiences for young people and adults. Our approach is built on years of experience in the military and delivering outdoor learning and development for thousands of people.

We work closely with schools and the Government’s National Citizen Service (NCS) to develop young people by taking their learning outside the classroom. They spend between one and five days with us undertaking a wide range of physical and mental challenges.

Adult organisations, businesses and sports teams can choose from fun, adventurous activities or a more immersive leadership and team development experience. Based on realistic military scenarios, these will push you physically and mentally whilst increasing your self-awareness and leadership impact.
