Each year for the past 3/4 years we have held a Snooker KO 🎱🎱 on the end of the month August Bank Holiday. This has been ran by Danny Pridmore and he has raised some good money for the Teenage Cancer Trust, Macmillan etc etc.

Over the last 12 months however the club has lost some much missed members in:
Kev Binks
Alan Mearns
Mick Youhill Mike Youhill
Graham Martin (Wilf)
So this year we have decided to make a change to the Charity KO.

This year we are looking to raise money 💰💸💷 for Charities related to those members we have lost whilst also using this day as a chance to remember members we have lost.

On that basis we are looking to raise money for the:
🎱Paul Hunter Foundation (We all know how much Kev and Alan loved their Snooker)
⚽️And the Sheffield Wednesday and Everton FC Community Programmes (Again for EFC and SWFC fans Mick and Wilf)

We would love all and anyone who could attend to help try and make this a roaring success for those lost members and associated charities

Disaster Averted 🤣 Thanks to a kind gentleman at Rockcurl Hairdressing we are now back in the digital world at the Institute and can take both card and cash payments again. Cheers Rob Frear 🤣

‼️‼️Please see due to unforseen circumstances (probably Billy dropping a pint on it) the club will be cash only today (Friday 10th July) and with the new arrival of a card machine tomorrow 🤣 back to normal then.

We would just like to say a HUGE thank you to all that made our Christmas Draw and Meat Raffle a huge success this year.

Everyone who bought a ticket or turned up yesterday. Again a massive thank you.
