Formerly known as Rock on the Rec,since the original funding for the event came to an end, The Cube and Brickwork Studios are keeping the festival, now in it's 7th year, alive under the new name of Somewhere Festival. My mate Arthur has been through a lot in 2020. He’s only 7 years old, but he’s already smarter, wiser and way more brave than I’ll ever be. On Boxing Day last year he was admitted to hospital with Meningococcal Septicaemia and very nearly didn’t survive to tell the tale. He’s now learning to live with lower leg prosthetics and is raising money for LimbPower because he’s an utter legend.. as are his parents and twin sisters 🙂

Our Story

Somewhere Fest is a community music festival for all ages. Formerly known as Rock on the Rec and Somewhere Over Symington’s, the festival has since developed over the past several years into a more focused live showcase for talented local musicians and also features artists signed to Somewhere > Records, a not for profit record label based at Brickwork Studios in Market Harborough.

The festival and record label is run entirely by a team of dedicated volunteers and we are always on the lookout for new team members, so if you think you can help us out please get in touch with the Somewhere Fest or Somewhere Records team via this page or by emailing [email protected].
